Research Interests

  • Main topic: Morphology-controlled nanomaterials-based flexible electronic devices

 

  1. 2D/3D graphene/polymer hybrid electrode for high performance of flexible electronic devices such as antenna, supercapacitor, electrothermal heater, transistor, transparent conductive electrode (TCE), etc.

  2. ​Highly piezoelectric and flexible poly(vinylidene)fluoride (PVDF) thin films utilizing the morphology modification of inorganic nanofillers and their sensor and actuator application.

  3. High-performance and flexible memory devices based on the metal/polydimethyl siloxane (PDMS) structures via tip-enhanced electric fields.
